Advancing Key Board-Approved Projects

This year, we are excited to launch two board-approved projects: Equipment Reliability and Spend Analysis. These initiatives underscore our dedication to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Equipment Reliability Project – USA is proud to welcome Rick McAdams, formerly of Southern Nuclear, to lead this critical initiative. Rick brings a wealth of experience in reliability and maintenance strategies that will help enhance plant performance across our fleet.
• Spend Analysis Project – This initiative aims to optimize the value of USA Memberships, ensuring that we are leveraging our collective resources effectively and driving cost efficiencies for our members.

We are beyond excited to host our 29th Annual Executive Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, from June 17-20.
