This year marks a significant milestone—30 years of continuous service to the nuclear industry. For three decades, USA has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver cost-effective excellence while supporting safe, reliable, and efficient nuclear operations. I am incredibly proud of the trust our members and supplier partners place in USA and of the collective impact we continue to make across the industry.

As we look ahead to 2026, our strategic focus is Project Maximum Value. This initiative is centered on ensuring our members and supplier partners fully realize the benefits of collaboration, innovation, and shared expertise through USA. We are equally focused on thoughtful member and supplier partner expansion, strengthening our alliance to meet the growing demands and opportunities ahead for nuclear energy.

USA is recognized for delivering in-depth, comprehensive Nuclear Safety Culture Assessments, supporting our members in maintaining the highest standards of nuclear safety. We also help improve operational performance through peer teams, resource sharing, and innovative solutions that address real-world challenges across the fleet. In partnership with more than 58 supplier partners, USA delivered over $53 million in savings and measurable value in 2024 alone—a testament to the power of collaboration and shared commitment to excellence.

Each year, USA hosts two impactful conferences. Our Member and Supplier Partner Conference focuses on collaboration, value-driven opportunities, and concept presentations that turn ideas into results. Our Executive Summit brings together industry leaders and supplier partners to share insights, showcase innovation, and discuss the future of nuclear energy at the highest level.
