Supplier Fairs

Xcel Energy successfully hosted back-to-back 2025 Supplier Fairs at Monticello on July 15 and Prairie Island on July 16. These events were made possible through the outstanding efforts of Fair Coordinators Craig Hedstrom, Casey Rossetter, Julie Wright, Jon Hansen, Kris Halvorson, and a dedicated team of volunteers.

Attendees expressed sincere appreciation for the seamless coordination of display transportation between sites, which contributed to the overall success of both fairs.

The primary purpose of our Supplier Fairs is to bring a taste of USA to the station and provide a means for meaningful interaction between end users, purchasers and our outstanding Supplier-Partners to help familiarize site staff with the opportunities, innovative products, services, and savings available through the use of USA agreements.

The entire team extends heartfelt thanks to all participating USA Supplier-Partners for their support and engagement. Your contributions played a key role in the success of Xcel Energy’s 2025 USA Supplier Fairs!
