Training efforts over the last 18 months have involved dealing with substantial change while undergoing detailed reviews by INPO for accreditation renewal. Three of our stations will have remote board reviews in the last two months of 2023. Looking ahead for 2024, we are building our self-assessment schedule which will include new efforts under the Continuum for CPE readiness reviews and for data submittal external reviews. In addition, we are planning assist visits at every member station for initial license training since all our members are running either large classes or concurrent classes. We also plan to help with Teaching & Learning, Proficiency, and other initiatives in 2024. This group has proven it can respond well to change, support each other in these efforts, as well as embrace and advocate for continuous learning.
