The 2024 USA Nuclear Generator & Supplier Executive Summit was held June 25 – 28, in sunny Naples, Florida. Nearly 450 attendees and guests came together to make this year our largest conference ever! Our theme was “Nuclear Resilience in the Digital Revolution”. Attendees were treated to a variety of fascinating presentations and helpful information, with significant emphasis on the understanding and proper use artificial intelligence (AI) for enhancing plant and human performance.  In addition, several key USA functional teams took the opportunity to conduct business meetings prior to the General Session, including Advanced Remote Monitoring, Board of Directors, Personnel Sharing, Site Reps and Supply Chain Management.  The Summit also featured our traditional Supplier Solutions Showcase, an integrated tradeshow with more than 50 top industry suppliers exhibiting products, services and ideas available to help sustain the high levels of safe, operational excellence and strong economic performance USA members have long enjoyed.

Supplier of the Year awards for 2023 were presented to our top Supplier-Partners, as voted on by USA members.  Always extremely competitive, winners are indeed the “best of the best” in our industry. EnergySolutions captured Supplier of the Year for Services while Graybar took home the honors for Materials.  Congratulations to all!  We are very proud of all our suppliers and cannot overstate the importance of the contributions they make and the value they bring to USA members on a day-in and day-out basis.

We wrapped up the Summit with our traditional family-friendly activities and closing banquet/dinner dance. Near the close of the evening a donation of $45,000 was made to our Chairman’s Charity recipient, Children of Fallen Patriots on behalf of the wonderful generosity and kindness of our attendees and guests. It was a great way to cap off an extraordinary week!

As always, we conducted a conference survey to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement from our attendees.  One question we always home in on is “How would you rate the overall value of this conference for your time and money?” For 2024, that score was 4.56 out of 5 (with 5 being best)!  With that kind of response, we’ll keep hosting and hope to see you at the 2025 Executive Summit in Nashville, Tennessee on June 17-20, 2025!
